Simply mix 400 g of the baking mix with 100 ml of cold water or any milk, and add 150 g of soft butter or margarine! If dairy products and eggs are OK for you, you can add 100 ml milk with 200 g soft butter and two eggs to the ready-mix.
Regardless of how you prepare it, one thing is for sure: your gluten-free brownie batter will be ready in no time! Simply pour the chocolate mixture into a suitable baking tin and bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 175° C! Once cooled, you can garnish the brownies with chocolate chips, nuts, fruit, nut butter or chocolate spread.
