Early Giant Leaf is a fast-growing variety which is especially suited to early and late cultivation. It produces large leaves that are very tasty and has good cold tolerance. Early Giant Leaf is a prickly-seeded variety so its seeds are a little different to most spinach types, handle with care.

How To Grow Early Giant Leaf Spinach From Seed: Sow directly into shallow drills. Leave 15cm between each drill. Scatter the seeds evenly in the drills and cover with about 2cm of soil. Once the seedlings have established, thin them to leave 3cm between each plant. Harvest the Spinach leaves as they are needed.
