As part of my efforts to reduce my plastic use, I ordered this toothpaste. The abrasive agent is clay (the “natural mineral”), which you put onto a dry toothbrush. I would never have considered brushing my teeth with clay, but the feeling in the mouth is very pleasant and after only three days, I prefer it to commercial, foaming toothpaste. You also need very little of it per brush, about a dab half the size of a pea. The essential oils in it are *luxurious*, so despite a price tag I very much think I will continue with it.
